Every year, on Christmas Eve, our family has a White Elephant gift exchange. Everyone has their own version of how they play but in our family we purchase new gifts under $10 aimed at providing tons of laughs. Here is one of my favorites:

Big Ear iPhone case — there would have to be people in your crowd with an iPhone but I don’t think that’s too difficult to find these days.
