This week I’m getting off easy. We’re headed up for a weekend away at The Resort with my parents. (Remember that Sharing Spree deal?) I’ll gladly take a few nights off from dinner. This week will not inspire any of you. I’m going with repeats. But I am trying some new breakfast recipes.
Here’s what’s for dinner at my house this week:
Monday — Teriyaki Chicken with Udon noodles (my kids are getting sick of this. I have all the ingredients. They are eating it.)
Tuesday — Turkey Meatloaf with Yukon mashed potatoes & broccoli
Wednesday — Taquitos (Again! Seriously, they might just go on strike from dinner or start cooking their own.)
Thursday — dinner club (not my week)
Friday — To the Resort
Saturday — Resort
Sunday — Coming home — Frozen pizza
Here’s where the fun is:
:: Pumpkin Crepes — Why haven’t I tried this yet? Looks delicious. If you want more Pumpkin Recipes check out our Pumpkin Pinterest board
:: Pop Tarts — these are unreal. And they are easy to make. Make them up, stick in the freezer, and toss in the oven in the morning. Heavenly!
:: Granola Bars for school lunches.
:: I’m getting a box of apples on Tuesday so I’m testing out a new Apple Butter recipe after my last one burnt.
