- Snack: Whole almonds

Is this menu designed as a diet/weight loss menu? I think my family would starve to death on this diet. My 13-yr old daughter would need a much bigger breakfast than that every day.

I was wondering the same thing. Dinners sound filling, but my blood sugar would crash with just cottage cheese for lunch. My kids would be boycotting.
