Tried to buy a couple today at the 50-cent price, not knowing about the BOGO until I saw the shelf tag. There were none left; I mentioned it to the cashier, who said a woman had just bought the last 8.
Well Howard I would say that you are the lucky one! I have cleaned houses for many years and the hardest ones to clean are the ones that have used comet in their house (or the ones that never used any cleaners AT ALL – lol) The only thing Comet or Ajax is for is whitewalls on your cars tires. It scratches porcelain, stainless steel and just about everything you want cleaned, except for the liguid version of said products.
Wow, interesting news. And a few months ago a Starks Vacuum employee told me never to use the powdered carpet stuff before vacuuming; he swore that it ruins a vacuum cleaner.
