The Home Depot Black Friday ad is available! Here is my husband, the general contractor’s commentary on the deals:

First off, the prices on the Christmas-y stuff is crazy. The Poinsettias and Christmas trees will sell out fast, so get there right when the store opens on Black Friday if you want to score those deals.
2-Piece Bath Faucet and Shower Head Combo — $19.88
The faucet alone is worth $40. I plan on stocking up on this for bathrooms to be done next year.
2-Pack 7-1/4″ 24-Tooth Framing Saw Blade — $9.97
This is everybody’s favorite blade, and it is actually 2 for 1. I buy these for $9.97 each all the time.
Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet — $39.88
We are definitely buying one of these for our own kitchen. Usually this will cost $98.
3-Piece Knife Set — $9.88
Includes two utility knives (for dad) and one nice knife for general use (teenager?). All three are lock blades.
Ultra-Light 3-Step Stool — $9.98
What a great deal! Legit brand worth $15 at a garage sale!
22′ 4-in-1 Ladder — $99.98
Yes, the normal price is $179. Normally the 13 foot ladder costs this much. This is a GREAT deal.
Ryobi 10″ Sliding Compound Miter Saw + Miter Saw Stand — $169
Ryobi is not my favorite brand, but the price on this 10″ sliding saw is $30 less than normal. The reason I will buy this is for the free stand – worth every penny.
Ryobi 18-Volt Lithium+ 6-Tool Kit — $199
Again, Ryobi… The good part about Ryobi is that since it is Home Depot’s store brand, they warranty all in store very easily, no questions asked. This set of tools includes ALL of the top SIX tools required for any complete homeowner’s tool set. The price is outrageous.
2-Person Pop-Up Camping Tent — $19.88
r=Ready to kick the kids out of the house? Do it. $20 for a tent is awesome.
Air Pro Lite WiFi Camcorder — $39.99
This is very similar to and a little better in some people’s opinion than the GoPro. You can buy a ton of different accessories, etc. It’s ONLINE ONLY. Our kids are asking for a GoPro, so Santa may be bringing his A-game with the Air Pro.
Werner 13′ 4-in-1 Ladder — $74.99
Another online only deal. This is the size of ladder that we keep at our house and use almost exclusively. Good for most ladder needs. Only 13′ and usually costs $99.
Metal Detector — $49.88
Every single time we go to the beach we see some dude using his metal detector. And every single time our boys BEG us to buy them a metal detector. Done and done.
