I tried to get the mobile coupon. I texted BATH and received a message back that this program is inactive. I called Target and they said that you have to text COUPON to the 827438 number and you will receive a set of coupons that are currently offered. In the Target App: Deals & Coupons: Mobile Coupons it states, “Limit one manufacturer and one Target coupon per item. Target Coupons and Mobile Coupon discount cannot be combined on individual items.”
