Yes, all the items have to be up & up to use the $15 off $40 coupon that is in this week’s ad. There are no manufacturers coupons to apply.
You could however use Target coupons from their website for specific up & up products.
Looking around the store, there are many, many up & up products. Check the health and beauty, paper products, office supply, baby, etc. Check the encaps, too.
I bought items that we use everyday and buy anyways. A good time to stock up! 🙂
Do all the items you purchase have to be an Up brand? Also how do you apply a manufacturer coupon to the target brands?
