Even though you have to scan cartwheel after the manufacturer coupons, it should deduct from the cost of the item before the coupon, unless it is a Target store coupon, then it will deduct after the Target coupon is applied.
Thanks for the info. Whenever I use Cartwheel it seems i have tons of items so I’ve always just assumed that it’s taken off that final total after manufacturer’s coupon. But I’ll make sure to check next time. Thanks!
