Did the Portland area get the Garnier Shampoo or Conditioner, $2/1 coupon
from 3/6 RP? I can not seem to locate it.
Howard says
Portland virtually never gets Garner cpns
Howard says
I know there are some who disagree, but SavingStar offers are essentially digital mfr cpns and are not supposed to be stacked with paper cpns on the same item. It says as much in SS’s Terms and Conditions. But SS also admits that they currently cannot prevent double-dipping–YET. (However, SS offers that require you spend $20 on products and get $5 back are not quite the same thing, and it’s probably OK to combine that with a paper cpn. RiteAid certainly allows you to use paper cpns and earn Plenti points.)
