Ginger Peach Muffins I have always loved reading good books. One of my favorite genres is cookbooks. Nonfiction at its best. Wait. Cookbooks count, right? I would've done a book report on one in fifth grade had it been allowed. I have stacks of them sitting around my house. A pile on top of the refrigerator. Two sitting on the dining room table. Double chocolate zucchini muffins
Double Chocolate Zucchini Muffins After visiting my sister last week, she handed each of my kids one of these chocolate muffins as we headed out the door. Walking down the sidewalk, with two silent, chocolate-faced kids, I was waiting to hear their opinion. Then the following day, the temperature drops 20°, accompanied by torrential downpours. With some hail and thunder thrown in for good measure. And I never see it coming. Suddenly I find myself in the kitchen, stirring a pot of soup and pulling on a pair of wool socks. It's like those weird dreams where you switch location without warning. Where am I? What just Keep Reading
