Walgreens updated policy #7 states they will not take a coupon for an item that is less than the coupon. So you should not use the .55 off paper mate pens for the .49 cent deal. I haven’t couponed ar Walgreens in over a year I went in the get eggs other day and one of the workers was telling me the new policy. She also stated not many people are still couponing at the store these days.
