The $10 off of $40 diaper/wipe coupon states it must be boxed diapers and boxed wipes. That may be why it didn’t work for a lot of people.
Fyi…. the $10 cat will NOT roll. And the $5 cat only prints on the big boxes.

look closely at register… I did same transaction as Laurie but mine Safeway J4U store coupon $10 off $40 didn’t came of …so they put it manually ….

Usually store coupons like this one it’s before mfr coupon, but now it looks like it’s after $5/2…
I did this deal and the $10 did not come off as I used good $2 off coupons and ended up at a total of $36. Whoops…. guessing the total must remain over $40 for that specific promotion to work.
So you tried giving them manufactured coupons instead of using the $5/2 mfr Ecpn? Today the customer service lady told me the total had to be $50 after all Safeway coupons. So according to her, you should be able to use cpns from an insert or printed from the internet.

So I went back to try to get the $10 instant Ecpn and she wouldn’t do it. First she said it was because the total had to be over $40 before all Safeway coupons, but then we told me the $10 Catalina WAS the $10 J4U Ecpn. It frustrates me when customer service doesn’t know the way stuff like that works. I feel like the Safeway near me is trained to not like couponers. I guess I’m back to not shopping at Safeway again!

I’m guessing the J4U $5/2 coupon is a MFR coupon, so you wouldn’t be able to use the $1.50 as well.
