Safeway doubles many coupons in Oregon & SW Washington Safeways only. You can double up to 4 manufacturer’s coupons per transaction, up to 50¢ each. The double coupon is found in the weekly ad at the bottom of the middle page and look’s like this:

To clarify what I posted earlier, the Maruchan $5 Friday deal appears to be only the 4-oz Yakisoba square tubs, and maybe not the bowls, which weigh less. (There were $1/3 cpns in 1-22 SS on both the tubs and bowls.) The ad reads “bowls” though. I’ll check Friday and see whether both tubs and bowls are included.
You didn’t mention using a doubler; these will be free by using it. Note that there’s a limit of two identical coupons.
First thing I noticed was a Friday-only sale on Maruchan bowls, $.50 each. Buy 3, use $1/3 cpn from 1-22 SS and doubler, making them free.
I’ll post additional deals once I get through the ad. I just returned myself this afternoon from a week in a warm climate.
