Heads up on the butter deal:
The 1-lb Darigold butter is on sale or clearnace for $2.49 (for how long, I don’t know).
So the $2.50 coupon can be applied to those without a doubler.
BUT: the fine print on the cpn says it’s good on TWO items. So you will need a friendly cashier to manually enter the cpns in most cases. I bought 4 @ $2.49–the first two cpns scanned OK, but the other two did not and had to be entered.
The penny overage on each item applied to my other purchases and did not cause the register to reject the cpns.

Thanks!

The 1 lb butter for $2.49 sale expires today.
The reserve butter 8-oz $2.99 goes till 7-4.

The Sunday Oregonian (and some of this week’s free papers including Portland Tribune) have a Darigold coupon insert. On page 2 there’s a $2.50 off anything cpn. Safeway has the 8-ounce reserve butter on sale through July 4 for $2.99. Free with coupon and doubler.
I went to the Barbur Transit Center this afternoon and someone had removed every SS and Darigold insert from the Tribunes in the box.
