On the Riteaid video reward it says it’s a manufactures coupon. Am I missing something?

It’s OK. They will accept a mfr cpn along with one of their own mfr cpns that has a code beginning with RC49. Confusing but true. For years I avoided combining the in-ad mfr cpns with my newspaper mfr cpns at RA until I learned it was legit.
