The Finish dishwasher mail-in rebate from last Sunday’s paper has specific sizes of the products that qualify. The soap that’s in this week’s RA ad for $4.99 technically doesn’t qualify; it’s 27- and 32-count gelpacs, but the largest size listed on the MIR form is 20. I bought the 32 but “accidentally” crossed out the #32 on the receipt after I circled the Finish purchase. I also wrote down the UPC for the 20-count size on the receipt. The MIR form also specifies “receipt” and not “receipts,” but I am going to take a chance and buy the rinse aid if I can find it for a decent price elsewhere, and send in 2 receipts. I had a major telephone confrontation with a worker at a rebate center a few years ago because I bought two products on different days and sent 2 receipts; the MIR form read “receipt.” I finally had to contact the company and do a 3-way conference call with the rebate center, then finally got a check from the manufacturer itself and not the rebate center.
Good catch about the sizes. I know the last time Finish had a rebate I had trouble finding the correct sizes for the Quantum.
I think you should be safe with 2 receipts, I used 2 for their last rebate a few months ago and got my check last week. Also, I bought the largest size of the rinse aid which was more expensive than the $4.50 rebate but with that and a coupon is was a better deal per oz. than the smaller size. I got them both a Safeway last time.
Thanks for the valuable feedback. Think I’ll try WinCo or Bi-Mart for the rinse aid to get a better price, or just forget it. I don’t use it all that often. (I don’t use conditioner in my hair, so why should I use it on my dishes?)
I totally missed this-but my friend pointed out today that there is also a $1 Brut coupon-same insert as sure (3/16 SS) & right above it (the name isn’t in big letters, so easy to miss) = free brut deodorant also.

A brief note about the Mucinex allergy rebate; it’s different from the one that ran a couple weeks ago–new beginning/ending purchase dates and new PO Box. Had to go to 2 stores (both on my Sunday route) before I could find the product, and 2nd store had only 2 left. I paid $7.19 after 20% discount, used $7 UPs from last week, paid $.19 net and sent for MIR $2.50. If your store is out and you don’t have the 20% discount, get a raincheck to keep the price @ $7.50. Nothing to sneeze at!

Brenda, try buying 2 100 ct, it will cost you a penny more for 52 extra pills. If I did my math right it will………….that 20% is such a nice problem to deal with……

Did find a great deal on the single serve candy that’s on sale this week. There were quite a few that had .50 RA store coupons on them and with the $1UpR printing it made them FREE!

Yes I happen to know-it is an odd thing this month-every week-not necessarily in the ad & not exactly a monthly deal (I am assuming it resets each week).
It’s in my paper ad, but I’m wondering if the deal is actually a monthly deal. I did a similar deal 2 weeks ago but still have coupons leftover, do I chance it since the UpR is a limit to 1 per person?
I have looked at the hang tags at my store for the past few weeks & they definitely have just each weeks dates on them-so I am pretty sure it is resetting each week. You could purchase one item first & see if it is tracking a new total & return it if not.
My sister did the Loreal deal again today and it worked perfectly! 5 bottles of shampoo = .05 moneymaker!
Great! nick of time as this was the last day for the loreal catalina. I got a $2 loreal RA coupon yesterday-but actually decided to pass -as today was busy & I have a ton of the shampoo after all the great deals! May work out for something else later.

It’s in the Columbian’s insert. I did the deal and thought it was for the single toothbrushes, at the store, they had the twin packs on sale. I had the single coupon, so found some kids reach with the same deal. Bought it for 2.39 (after 20 percent), used 1/1 m/c and got $2 UPs, so MM.
The Excedrin, I bought two 100 count, used one 2/1 (Catalina coupon), and one 1.50/1 from 2/23 SS (actually for 100ct or more). Ended up paying 3.54 each. Not bad.
Good week. Total spend was $24 and received $25 in UPs.
Just found a purex load2card coupon-for any type $1.50/2! Also I already had a reach toothbrush one loaded-so you may too -think that one was awhile ago.

Yes I think it was an old one-tried to use it on a child’s today -but didn’t come off-so may only be on adult’s-so just returned it & will try again. Bummed it wasn’t in the inserts & also the Sride-has been awhile since free gum! Maybe in the mailer Red Plum this week-we will see.
