Old Navy has a bunch of clothing items on sale through December 24, 2013. This would be an awesome time to buy some extra outdoor clothing accessories and donated them to your local Salvation Army, SnowCap in East Portland, the Portland Rescue Mission, or another non-profit serving the low-income population.

    In Hillsboro at the Senior center (behind Shute Park) they have a big christmas breakfast & give away clothing/food/toys for homeless and needy families.
    This would be great for that.
