Yes, twice in a row now I have a menu planned for the week! Last week went so much smoother with my menu planned ahead of time and I loved having my meal prepared by noon and in the crockpot. Now I am going to try to get back to having my grocery shopping done on either Friday or Saturday as well. That’s my goal anyway!
Monday: Cashew Tuna Skillet (friend’s recipe, thanks Sheri!), spinach salad w/feta & apples
Tuesday: Tortellini Spinach Soup, Homemade Italian breadsticks
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Orange Chicken, (I didn’t need it last week but really want to make it), over rice, with steamed broccoli
Thursday: Chicken Enchilada’s (sister’s recipe!), fried zucchini w/ mozzerella & marinara sauce
Friday: Crockpot Gyros ( I absolutely LOVE gyro’s!!!!) with all the fixings
Saturday: Creamy Beef Over Noodles Crockpot Recipe, vegetable???
Sunday: Leftovers!
You can find more menu planning ideas at I’m An Organizing Junkie.
Have a great week!!!

I was just reading the words that you have under your blog name and "being content" really hit me.
Since our living situation has changed I've been learning to be content.
It's so true in these economic troubled times. Thank you. I'm glad I stopped by.

Your menu looks yummy! I love tortellini soup…I have a similar recipe, but with no bacon, and I add shredded carrots.
