I gave my husband a razor from Harry’s recently which he likes quite a bot. However, he has a beard and only shaves around the edges from time to time, so I would like to cancel the automatic refill of blades and gel that is supposed to be sent to me by August 15th. I didn’t receive a notification of the coming shipment as was promised, so I am writing you to cancel any further shipments. In the future, I will contact you to order more supplies when they are needed.

Cannot get in to order the trial razor?
I spoke with a rep the other day about a starter kit I ordered for my Dad. He recieved it today after waiting for two weeks. He did not recieve the handle in his kit. He did get 8 (eight ) replacement blades and shave gel , but no handle. How can you rectify this issue? I have been with you for years now and have talked many people into buying your product. I have never had an issue until now. It’s very frustrating. Please help me help my Dad.!!!

was recently told by CC company, which I called after they denied payment for something I ordered that was free with charge for S/H, that all the free but charged for S/H offers are scams. There are also some that add to your order (“people who ordered this also ordered xxx” & they add a charge for an unordered item that is impossible to delete.) This is done after you have entered your payment info. The additional charge is not large so most probably just accept it & forget it.
