I love your site and want to thank you for sharing your fantastic No Knead Bread Recipe! I have been making it for over a year now and my family and friends just can’t get enough!
This is the second Christmas that I have made many loaves to give as frugal and wonderful gifts. We live in a tiny town in southern Oregon, 100 miles away from any bakery that sells artisan-type bread, so it has gone over very well! I had a hard time packaging the large loaves until I tried a flour sack towel I had on hand. A one dollar towel, some pretty twine, and a handmade ornament make for a really nice gift that our friends love to get over and over.
Such a great gift idea, Aimee! This would be the perfect hostess gift, an addition to a meal brought to a family who just had a baby or is sick, or an inexpensive birthday gift!

Every potluck I go to requests this stuff and I gave some away this Christmas as well… people act like it’s a miraculously thing that I made this amazing bread. No way I’m telling them it so simple anyone could do it!
