Ready for some school supply deals? Here’s a list of the very best school supply deals running at both national and Pacific Northwest stores.
The deals at Target, Walmart, and Fred Meyer will remain pretty much the same until Labor Day, so don’t run out to those stores right yet. Focus on the office supply and drug stores, hit those deals over the next few weeks, and finish off your list at Target, Walmart, or Fred Meyer right before Labor day.
This list is not comprehensive — I’ve only listed the best deals (basically cheaper than Target or Walmart’s best prices). I’ve marked my very favorite deals with a ✔ — these are the ones I would definitely do if it was on my list. Please note that I have started putting more of a premium on quality so the supplies I purchase can last more than one year, so I tend to purchase name brand items.

Walmart has loose Elmer’s glue sticks that are 15.3 g for 25 cents. The two packs contain two 6 g sticks for 50 cents.

Do you think we’ll see any good deals on reams of copy paper? My kids are required to bring 2 reams each. I remember Staples having 2 free Hammermill reams with rebate several times before school last year. Thanks!
Just watch the Staples deals. I also recommend signing up for their weekly email. I get lots of emailed coupons for reams of paper there that usually end up free to 25 cents after combining with a rebate.

The past few years I have gotten them free at office depot-you buy them & then get a full rebate. Works well too, because then you have spent the $5 required for the .01 items. So keep an eye out for this.
Honestly, I’d just buy the reams at Walmart for $2.50 each and be done with it. I don’t like to wait the 6-10 weeks to get my money back, and I’m notorious for not submitting my rebates correctly :).
