We purchased our Breville Juice Fountain Plus over a year ago. I was curious to see if this would just be a passing fad, used one month then sold on Craigslist the next? After a year of juicing 4-5 times a week, we are definitely hooked.
This became obvious last July as we packed for a one-week family vacation in Sunriver, Oregon. Tucked in between bike helmets and swim gear was our trusty Breville juicer. I realized we might have issues as we seriously discussed whether or not to take it along on a 3-day yurt camping trip. Who knew separation anxiety could apply to a kitchen appliance?
Before purchasing our Breville juicer, I read and compared many different models and brands. I was looking for a sturdy, powerful, easy-to-clean juicer that had a good reputation and reasonable price tag. Breville fit each requirement, and I have been very happy with this purchase.
Oh, and I just drank a carrot-celery-lemon-apple juice while writing this. Delicious.

I bought this on Friday when it was on Amazon for $74 shipped to my home. Got it yesterday. We are HOOKED! Made our first juice with 3 carrots, 2c chopped cukes we had, 2 green apples and I only got 3 swallows as my 4yr old hogged the rest! Hubby is on his 2nd juice of the day as I speak. SO VERY GLAD I did this. And we got the 200XL version – still very happy…

So, I’m a bit confused. Says you bought a Breville Juice Fountain Plus, but sold it a month later on craigslist. What exactly are you juicing with now?
When we first bought it, I wondered if juicing would just be a passing phase, but we were hooked from the first week. So no, we never sold it. We’re still juicing with our original machine and loving it!
My juice is on its way!! I ordered a “used” one off of amazon. ..Excited to use it!! I got a ton of apples from a local orchard for cheap and just need to get some carrots!! 🙂
We have this Breville and love it. Just don’t put it in the dishwasher because the heat warps the plastic. But replacement parts were reasonably priced and shipped quickly.
Ha ha, I thought we were nuts when we took along our Super Angel and an entire cooler full of fruits and veggies on vacation last summer, we juiced in every hotel room we stayed. Guess we are not the only ones attached to our appliances.
