my Albertsons ad said buy Two gallons of milk and four boxes of cereal. I checked it twice. does yours really say buy One gallon of milk? maybe it’s regional?
Yup, it’s 2 gallons in the Portland ad I received. This Albertson’s list is a shared one that encompasses multiple states, if not the whole country.
I agree! I love this website don’t get me wrong but the Safeway format is SOOOOOOO much better and easier to understand. Especially if I’m on my phone looking at the website. Just a thought! Thanks for all your hard work!

I don’t mean to complain, but I really dislike the format of this post. It is so much easier to read the usual format i.e. like the Safeway post above. Is there any way to go back to that for all posts? I don’t even bother to read the QFC or Dollar Store posts that are in this format.

I agree. The Walgreens post is in the same format. I think that maybe these posts are being shared by several websites. Just a theory.

Our other deals are hand typed into our specific format and contributors go to the stores to confirm deals and match them up with our local ad. We hope this opens up the door for readers to see more of the deals available.

Is there anyway to just look at the best deals on this format? When I looked at what shows before I clicked the “complete list” button it seemed to show a limited amount per category–items & prices I would be more interested in & then afterwards it added a LOT 🙂
Then it became too much to wade through.
Yup, same thing with Walgreens. Brittany was doing Walgreens, then apparently gave it up in favor of WalMart. After a few months, Walgreens reappeared in the new format. I once clicked on the Complete List link and freaked out when I saw hundreds of sale items on it. So now I just look at the condensed version and rely on my paper ad to do my own matches, usually on Friday night when I get an email with a copy of the upcoming ad.
This list shows the top 10 best deals from the week but that might not be for everyone. The complete list will give you everything in the entire ad, which is a ton. Thanks for letting us know. We’re always looking to make things better.
