Target Cartwheel
If you have a Smartphone and you haven’t yet signed up for Target Cartwheel, you are missing out on savings at Target. I love, love, love this app. When I forget my coupons at home but still need to purchase items I can search the Cartwheel offers for any discounts on the products.
Target has recently updated Cartwheel to make it even easier to find discounts. You can now scan the bar code and it will automatically pull up the discount. Genius!

It has been my experience that when cartwheel does not scan, the checkers have still honored the discount when they can clearly see you have it loaded. In case you did not know, you do not need a smart phone any longer to take advantage of the cartwheel. You just print what you put on your cartwheel. I was soooo happy to know that since I don’t have a smart phone!!
Market pantry items that were clearance for Christmas didn’t work. I thought it would at least work on food
Worked yesterday on my clearance hair color n scrubbing bubbles. Scanning said no deals but word search found both
I love the Cartwheel app too! What’s great is the app keeps a running talley of your savings. I started using the app last summer and have already saved over $63 just with the Cartwheel app. This doesn’t include all the coupons and Target RedCard savings that I usually bundle with it!
I have tried using it on multiple clearance items in the past and it has never worked. I tried it on some Glade candles, shoes, clothes, beauty products, etc.

There is one exclusion to the works on clearance comment above. Cartwheel does not work on clothing clearance. It states that on the clothing offers.
