Every year, on Christmas Eve, our family has a White Elephant gift exchange. Everyone has their own version of how they play but in our family we purchase new gifts under $10 aimed at providing tons of laughs. Here is one of my favorites:

Instant underpants — I bought these last year. Best. Gift. Ever. We laughed for hours over this one. I think I won big points for creativity.
