I am having a hard time wrapping my brain around the fact that we’ll be into November by the end of this week. Crazy! I think the long stretch of October sun threw me off. I’m actually thrilled to have the rain back and looking forward to cozy fall days. I’m planning to dust off my Crock Pot for 2 meals this week. Every time I use it, which is rare, I wonder why I don’t pull it out more. I would love to hear your favorite slow cooker recipes! Leave a comment with your link.
Here’s what’s for dinner at my house this week:

I have been making this an obscene amount lately. It is so dang easy and turns out pitch perfect every time, the sauce is a must!
