Here’s a list of local restaurant freebies offered in honor or Veteran’s Day. Most of these offers are available to veterans and active duty military personnel with military identification or proof of service. Please pass this list along to veterans you know!
You can also find Veterans’ Day events throughout Oregon here. Veterans and activity military along with their accompanying families can get FREE admission to the Oregon Zoo on Tuesday, November 11 as well. This offer extends to families of deployed military as well.
Applebees: FREE meal (beverage not included) on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 (all active military and veterans with military ID or proof of service)
California Pizza Kitchen: FREE pizza and beverage on November 11, 2014 (all active military and veterans in uniform, with military ID or proof of service)
Claim Jumper: FREE entree with official verification.
Famous Daves: Former and active military get a free One Meat Salute (one meat, a corn muffin, and a side) from 11am-4:30pm.
Denny’s: FREE Grand Slam (all active duty, retired and veterans with valid military ID or proof of military service)
Krispy Kreme: FREE doughnut and small coffee (all active duty, retired and veterans)
Olive Garden: FREE entree (special menu) for all active duty and veterans with proof of service
Red Robin: FREE Tavern Double burger with Bottomless Steak Fries. (all active duty and veterans with military ID or proof of service)
Starbucks: FREE tall brewed coffee.
