Most of these deals use a Safeway double coupon, which is available at Oregon & SW Washington (Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania & Klickitat Counties) Safeways only. You can double up to 4 manufacturer’s coupons per transaction, up to 50¢ each. The double coupon is found in the weekly ad at the bottom of the middle page and look’s like this:
Safeway stores are inconsistent from store to store with their double coupon policy. The following is taken directly from Safeway’s Just4U coupon policy on their website:

I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter is on sale $2 each, no limit. Sticks, regular tub and light tub. There were $1/1 cpns in 5-17 RP (the Unilever one). I got 3 today for $.50 each with doubler. No in-ad cpn or J4U download needed.

Bought four packages of the Viva this morning. No catalina. Store checker said there was nothing he could do because it wasn’t with them. Called CatalinaMarketing and they said they’d email me tomorrow with results of my request. Is there a place to find a current list of catalinas?

SavingStar website has a 20% off corn offer, good till 5-25. Must activate the deal and then follow submission instructions for that particular store. Usually involves scanning/photographing/uploading receipt.
Be aware the Ibotta offer is for 3 different Kimberly-Clark products. So, it will work if you get 1 (or more) Viva 1 (or more) Cottonelle, and also a product like a small Kleenex. At least that is the only offer I’m seeing on my account….
I was able to redeem it on three identical packs of huggies last week so I think the wording is confusing but it should work if you get three of the same according to my experience.

Last week there were no double cpns. Supposedly (I have not yet seen the new ad) they are to return tomorrow.

I got next weeks ad and there is a doubler. I went today though and the cashier told me that they will no longer be doubling from now on. I’m hoping. He was mistaken.
