WinCo Gluten-Free Meal Plan
I am beyond excited to share with you our newest meal plan: WinCo Gluten-Free Meal Plan! This plan contains everything you need to make 15 gluten-free dinners for under $150 — the complete shopping list, the recipes, and the instructions on exactly how to execute this plan. We’ve done all the planning so all you have to do is print off the shopping list and hit your local WinCo!
These recipes will feed 4-6 people (4 adults or 2 adults and 3-4 children) and are kid-friendly. Each recipe is different (you aren’t doubling up on any one recipe, so you will have three weeks of variety) and can be prepared in less than an hour.
And this time around, all the dinners are gluten-free! My main goal for the recipes in this plan was to make sure they were “normal” recipes, meaning they aren’t packed with specialty gluten-free ingredients — in fact, there are only a handful of specifically gluten-free foods, so this plan will work for you gluten-consumers as well!
Check out what you’ll be eating with this plan:
Tons of variety. Different proteins, lots of veggies, not a bunch of processed food, and incredibly filling!
Here’s what you’re getting with the WinCo Gluten-Free Meal Plan Printable Pack:

Worchestershire sauce contains gluten unless a specifically gluten free brand is purchased. This menu makes me very nervous that people who aren’t used to reading labels could tell a friend family member their dinner is gluten free, when it really isn’t. I can’t purchase it, just from reading the sample menu. Even the small amount of gluten from the worchestershire sauce would put my husband in misery because he has a true allergy to it.
Jodi says
No it doesn’t. If there is some off brand that does that’s an exception and not the rule. I have two brands in my pantry- french’s and Lea and Perrin’s, and neither contain gluten. Of course, if you have a food sensitivity or allergy read labels anyway, but worcestshire sauce is gluten free. I trust that this menu plan is as well. Maybe you’re thinking of soy sauce which does contain gluten unless a gluten free type is specifically purchased?

Do many of the recipes have no corn and no eggs 😉
One of my 3 babes can not have gluten, wheat, refined sugar, corn or eggs, it’s been a hard couple weeks finding a variety of dinner meals to cook, let alone that most of the family likes… Lol
thanks!!

Wowzas. That’s a tough diet to follow. 3 recipes have eggs, but 2 could be easily modified to have none (the other is a quiche, so no modifying that one). 2 have corn, but it’s just one of many vegetable ingredients and you could easily omit it and not notice any difference. There’s no refined sugar in any of the recipes, though 2 use the gluten-free Bisquick so I assume there’s sugar in there. Again, those two could be modified to not use the baking mix.
Make sure you also check out all our GF recipes posted on the blog. I think most of them would work for your kiddo:

I just purchased the gluten free winco plan, and it is not able to print. I can print other documents but not this one. Can you send it to me in a different format, ie, not PDF?
Angela Davis says
Hey Pat! I just emailed you!

So excited about this! Moving this week, then need to stock the freezer back up and this will be a great way to do that! Thank you so much for posting this!
Angela Davis says
Such a great idea to use it right after moving — takes all the pressure off. I always end up eating out for at least a week after moving!

Thank you so much for this! My mom has fibro, and I’ve been trying to get her to go gluten free for a while thinking it might give her some relief. Her pain doctor recently recommended going paleo, and so now she’s finally coming around. Gluten free would be a great first step towards that, and this plan would be perfect to help her get started!

I’m so glad it’s going to be helpful! And thumbs up for a doctor suggesting diet modifications!
