Monday mornings are always the hardest following a fun, busy weekend. Setting a menu plan for the week helps me kick things off on the right foot. I might have a long to-do list and very little motivation to-do it, but at least I have a plan for dinner!
Here’s what’s for dinner at my house this week:
Monday — Tomato Sauce with Onion & Butter, spaghetti, Simple Kale Salad
Tuesday — Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken, Brown Rice
Wednesday — The Big Vegan Bowl, fresh fruit
Thursday — Leftovers
Friday — Cobb Salad, No-Knead Bread
Saturday — Dinner Out
Sunday — Savory Stuffed French Toast, fresh fruit
