This is the first week since Christmas where I’m feeling it again. As in, I actually have the desire to go to the grocery store and feed my family! I am going to write a real shopping list and make a real dinner tonight. Hello, 2015! Sorry it took me two weeks to warm up to you.
Here’s what’s for dinner at my house this week:
Monday — Simple Roast Chicken, Broccoli Gribiche
Tuesday — Ultimate Chicken Noodle Soup, biscuits, fruit
Wednesday — Speedy Veggie and Brown Rice Noodle Bowl with Homemade Terriyaki Sauce, fruit
Thursday — Meatloaf with BBQ Sauce, loaded baked potatoes, roasted broccoli
Friday — Pizza Night, Simple Kale Salad
Saturday — Hamburgers with Homemade Buns, smoothies
Sunday — Dinner Out

Thanks for the dinner ideas. Can’t wait to try the noodle bowl recipe.
Seeing it reminded me that I am out of coconut aminos so once they arrive from Vitacost.com I am all set. Yum.
