Safeway on 162 and fourth plain has this one cashier who is so strict with coupons. I keep getting him and he won’t double printed coupons.
Webster road doubles printed coupons. It’s milwaukie?? Not that far from happy valley. The sunnyside one is a crappy coupon store
The Woodstock and the 39th & Powell stores will double as long as the q scans. If you haven’t already done this, I suggest asking the store manager rather than a cashier or customer service person.
Its not close but always go to the cherry park store in Troutdale. They doubled them when i was there yesterday!
The Safeway in Happy Valley will not double internet printed coupons. They only double the clipped coupons. Does anyone know if there is a Safeway nearby that does double internet printed coupons? Thanks.
