Don’t know if there is a limit on this-the extra I had after my first $24-added to the second & it is now showing a total of .98.

Thought I would give couponing a shot while I’m on maternity leave. It’s much more work than I imagined it would be. Kudos to all those who are so successful at it!
I read above about stores being out of product, that is really discouraging. Also, two times I’ve gone into Rite Aid to get the Pampers deal and both times one of the printed $1.50/1 coupons didn’t come off. The cashier didn’t say anything, just took it.
Any advice would be welcome!
P.S. Maybe bad luck but the Rite Aid cashiers I’ve encountered have crappy customer service. 🙁

Couponing will seem like a lot of work at first. It get’s easier, I promise! The drugstores can be a good place to start because of the variety of ways to save money at them, but you got to give yourself a chance to learn!

You’re experience with cashiers will depend store to store no matter where you shop and you’ll learn pretty fast which stores are coupon friendly and which are not. I drive past one Rite Aid to go to my favorite because they are much more helpful and nice. It’s always a good idea to check your receipt before you leave the store to make sure everything comes off correctly.
I agree with you Brenda. I’ve learned so much from all you fellow couponers. :O) Today I am a bit bummed though because of something that happened at my Rite Aid. I bought 2 Tresemme products for 2/$8. I used 1 paper -$2 coupon and 1 Load2card
coupon. The one on my card did not come off. I went ahead and purchased them, but called customer service when I got home. This is what she told me – “since I paid with Up rewards, the digital coupons will not come off.” I told her I felt penalized because I used my Up rewards and she basically said ‘too bad’. I’ve not heard a lot of good things about their digital coupons so you may want to stay away from them and use just paper ones.
That is not true DeAnn!! The only way I could see that causing it to happen is if your total would go below 0 with the +up & the coupon (could happen if you have the +ups on your card-do you have it set so it prints on your receipts-easy for the cashiers to do. In this case even a paper coupon would do that).
I do always check with the load2 coupons-as they don’t always come off-they can check the receipt before you finish paying.
PS: Misty-also want to encourage you-Rite Aid is the more complicated store & will take a while to learn & mistakes will be made-but it is also the store where you save the most & can also make money buying items 🙂 When something doesn’t happen quite right-I sometimes return it (sometimes adjustments can be made)-or I may just console myself with the huge amount of money I have already saved!! Totally worth it!
Does help if you can find a friendly store, or at least know who the helpful cashiers are-sometimes it means finding the knowledgeable ones also-not all are.
I’m not 100% sure what happened, but I strongly urge you to have your UPs issued on your paper receipt instead of being loaded to the card. That way you can control how and when you use them. It’s a little extra work clipping and keeping track of them before they expire, but well worth it.

I have had lots of issues with the Load2Card coupons coming off correctly, especially when using paper coupons. I also have not had any luck contacting customer service about them. I usually don’t plan on them coming off, but if the deal is good enough I might try my luck. On the upside there has been a few times that my paper coupon doesn’t scan and the cashier has to override it and then a Load2Card coupon comes off too!
Not sure how long they’ve been up, but the April VVs are available.
Never thought I’d say this, but they’re a welcome change from college basketball. Especially for those of us “experts” whose brackets crashed on the first day.
The March P&G has a dawn coupon for $1/2 (dawn or cascade).
I bought 6 dawn & 4 tide (also used $1 + tide coupon)= $14 after coupons & +up.
Also noted 2 monthly +ups: Dial & cleaning products (including clorox, soft scrub, scrubbing bubbles). There is a catalina for scrubbing bubbles products-through 4/20 (also shout, pledge & windex): buy 2 get $1, 3-$2, 4-$3. Also manu coupons in SS-2/23 & 3/16.
If my memory serves me right-these are also on savings star.
Haven’t looked too far ahead in the ads-but I imagine a great sale will be coming up with all of these in the next month!

Are you sure you watched all of the sections of videos? The Fresh Guard one is hiding in the very top section where is says, “Look what’s new videos”.
If you still can’t find it, go to the very top of the page on the right side and click on the red button that says “show all offers”. It has all of the videos listed and you can click on each one from there.

Cheapest L’Oreal eye shadow I saw was $4.89, or $3.91 after 20% wellness discount. I chose to keep my eyes unshadowed.

There’s a regional coupon for the Fresh Guard $1/1 (3/2 SS). It was in the Columbian, but not the Oregonian.
Also, it appears that the Broadway/Kiss nails or lashes sale is a misprint in the ad. The sale is $5 UpR when you purchase $10.
