Listerine 21-Day Oral Care Challenge Results #LISTERINE

I just finished up the Listerine 21-Day Oral Care Challenge today — a challenge to brush, floss and rinse with LISTERINE® Antiseptic twice a day for 21 days. (Check out the beginning of the challenge here.)

Oye. Anything that requires consistency (other than drinking espresso drinks) is a super challenge for me. But research says that doing something for 21 days helps to establish the activity as a habit.

I definitely love using the Listerine mouthwash — I’ve never used it as a part of my oral care routine and I really, really like how fresh and clean it makes my mouth feel. My kids like the flavor of the Listerine Smart Rinse (actually, so do I).
