Will the $1/1 coupon work. It was from a blinkie coupon dispenser at Safeway.
Blinkie coupons are generally (actually always in my experience)
manufacturer coupons-which are good anywhere.
The usual time it isn’t accepted is if it says redeem only at …..
store.
Sometimes it will say: redeemable at … -then in theory it should still be good at any store (but always gets down to what your store will allow).
Was at Milwaukie 224 Rite Aid right around midnight on Saturday/Sunday and they only had 4 on the shelf. I don’t know how many they have now but they usually care limited stock.

I just did this deal at my Rite Aid this morning. I was able to get 6 because they had ALOT, which is unusual. I also used a .50/2 coupon that was listed on your database. It is a limit of 1 coupon. Lysol is also a part of the Buy & Earn promotion.
