Through the month of January, Rite Aid is running a +UP promotion on most L’oreal products, including skin care, cosmetics and hair care: Spend $20, Get $5 +UP Reward (limit 1). Coupons.com just released a very high value coupon good for $5 off two L’oreal Advanced hair care products that pairs perfectly with this sale.
There are so many products and tons of available coupons, but here is a deal scenario to get you started.
Purchase:
(4) L’oreal Advanced Hair Care products $4.99
L’oreal Preference Hair Color $9.99
Use (2) BOGO L’oreal Advanced coupons from 1/5 RP insert
Use $5/2 L’oreal Advanced coupon
Use $2/1 L’oreal Preference coupon or $3/1 coupon from 1/12 RP insert
Use $1/1 Rite Aid Video Values store coupon
Use $2/1 Preference Rite Aid Video Values store coupon
Pay $8.97, Get $5 +UP
As low as $.79 each after coupons and reward
Some of these items may trigger your Wellness+ discount as well. If the shelf price is the same as listed above, your discount will kick in. Just make sure that your total is at least $20 after discount, but before coupons.
Here is the scenario FLNW reader Brenda did with her 20% discount:
Purchase:
(4) L’oreal Advanced Hair Care products $3.99 with discount
L’oreal Preference Hair Color $7.99 with discount
Used (2) $5/2 L’oreal Advanced coupon
Used $3/1 coupon from 1/12 RP insert
Use $1/1 Rite Aid Video Values store coupon
Use $2/1 Preference Rite Aid Video Values store coupon
Paid $7.95, G0t $5 +UP
$.59 each after coupons and reward
Be sure to check your coupon stash as well. Brenda had some additional Rite Aid store coupons that had printed out on receipts or came in a home mailer. All of these items should count towards the “Spend $100, Get $15 +UP Reward” +UP Reward Games promotion as well!
A few other coupons that would work with this promotion:
- $2/1 L’oreal Expertise Hair Care products
- $1/1 L’oreal Advanced Stylers
- $2/1 L’oreal Youth Code, Age Perfect or Revitalift products
Please leave a comment if you have come up with a great scenario!

Keizer RA said that the shampoo wasn’t part of the deal but I decided to buy 4 of the shampoo anyway but they wouldn’t take my $5.00 off coupon with the “2 – buy one get conditioner free” because it wouldn’t scan. Very frustrating.
