Is the coupon specifically for the gift set or can I use a razor coupon?

Thanks for the update-I have been watching them-they were barely marked down at first, but now it is looking good! I was thinking my store had old spice ones also-so will check that again too 🙂
I was just at the Target on Beaverton-Hillsdale and there are several sets left there too.
There were a ton at the Sherwood Target when I was there last week.
I saw couple of sets also at Target close to Vancouver Mall. And power car (I think it’s white VW Beatlle) for kids are 50% off around $90
