How to deseed a pomegranate
I just bought fourteen pomegranates. Fourteen! Am I crazy? A year ago this would have been self inflicted torture, but I’ve learned how to remove the seeds from a pomegranate without prying each individual seed out one. at. a. time.
Now I can get the seeds out in about 90 seconds from start to finish! I actually cut into my pomegranates the same day I buy them because I know I won’t have to pick at the pomegranate for eternity while simultaneously turning my kitchen into a crime scene.
Check out the video and learn how to remove pomegranate seeds like a boss!

What will you do with the seeds of 14 pomegranates?
I mostly eat them seed by seed as a way to avoid eating other things with more calories. I like extracting the juice in my mouth and spitting out the actual seed. It is also good exercise for the toungue!
