Voucher does not specifically say which stores take the voucher. But probably only these as it says “Locations” and lists these stores:
Beaverton, Clackamas, Vancouver, Gresham, Salem and Corvallis.
It does look like it is only valid in Oregon. Bummer. There is a brand new store near me. A voucher would have made the first trip even more exciting.

Got the same: used maximum number of times.
Went to a different browser and cleared cookies and EXTRA15 worked for me. Paid $8 for $25 voucher.
So the “maximum number of times” seems attached to a cookie on your browser. It just worked for me so the deal is not sold out.

The EXTRA 15 code took off $2 from one voucher and $1 from the gift voucher. I am not complaining, but it looking at the comments it seems unpredictable.

Hi, thanks for sharing this deal with your readers. I purchased one for me and one as a gift. Natural Grocers is a great store. I took a chance hoping that Living Social had improved over the years. It has not. I entered EXTRA15 and it said I had already readeemed it. I had not. I haven’t used Living Social for a long time because of a poor customer service experience. So I proceeded ahead thinking the special discount would be applied at checkout. It did not. I was not able to purchase the deal for $8. It charged me $10. I will still use the voucher, but it’s not the best online deal site.
