Don’t toss the juice! We use canned pineapple, including the juice, for smoothies all the time. You can also use it in these recipes.

When draining the pineapple- don’t throw away the juice, mix it with OJ for a great change with your breakfast juice( after taking out any fruit pieces, of course).
I don't shop at Walmart says
If person an occasional couponer, then Costco is the way to go. I do have membership and buy flowers, liquor (now in WA), garden soil and flower bulbs, salmon, charcoal among couple other things. If couponer is more committed, does not shop at Walmart, and has a stick pile, then waiting for sale at grocery store is the way to shop. My stock up price for canned tomatoes and vegies is $.50 or less and Freddies has them on sale often (and without MC), (misssed Doublers @ Albies), and it’s in manageable size.
